Use of our music

All songs remain the intellectual property of Heart-Felt Publishing. Your purchase grants you a license to use the music according to the license tier you bought (see Licensing Info). It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Personal vs. commercial use

Personal Use licenses are for private, non-commercial use. Public posting in wedding films requires a Videographer License. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming authorship of our songs is not permitted.

Purchases and downloads

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact us and we will make it right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
